Work hard. Play hard.

That's how Steve Looten lives his life. And that attitude also helps his clients get their deals done.

Buying or selling a home is one of life's most important decisions, and Steve honors it's importance in your life. Do you need to act quickly?  Do you need some time to consider all options?  Steve will put your needs first.  If you are selling, he'll produce a marketing plan unique for YOUR home.  And if you are buying, he won't try to SELL you a house, but help you find the one of your dreams.

In 2003 Steve was the top-producing rookie realtor in the Quincy, Illinois area.  And in his second year in the business, in 2004 he has climbed to the top 5% of all Quincy, Illinois Realtors in sales!  He is licensed in both Illinois and Missouri.

Most Quincy area residents feel Steve is an old friend.  He's been in their living rooms for years, nearly 20 years in fact, as sportscaster at WGEM-TV.  During his career, he's talked with some of the legends of sports--Arnold Palmer, Michael Jordan, Ernie Els, Shaquille O'Neal, Bob Cousy, Ozzie Smith, George Brett, and Marshall Faulk, as well as Harry Caray, Hank Williams, Jr., John Ashcroft,  Al Gore, and Chuck Berry.  Obviously, he's not shy about talking to anybody!

Now he can use those communication skills for you.  In his spare time, you'll still see Steve on the sidelines at the Big Game.  He'll work all week for you so he can have a little fun on Friday night.   It's his love for the area athletes that's kept him in the spotlight all these years.

Steve is married to wife Amy, who is the Executive Director of the Quincy Area Chamber of Commerce.  They have two sons, Steve Jr. and Danny who both attend Quincy Notre Dame High School.

Steve knows a home needs to "fit" your family, and he'll go to work to find the house that will make your family feel at home.  Just call at 217-430-2522 to schedule your consultation.
